Thierry Casagrande is a lawyer (Nice, Lorient FR), specialised in legal issues concerning health, particularly in relation to professional actors in the medico-social sector. He gave a conference-debate on the sharing of medical information.
The conference focused on the implications for the support of residents with intellectual disabilities, and in particular on the rights of professional carers to access medical information. This conference was organised in the framework of the ISCAO scheme.
